What is best way to remove speed sew from Sheltie ears when dry?

The best way is to get to the Speed-Sew while it’s still wet.  Simply use water to dilute the Speed-Sew and wash it off.  If the Speed-Sew is dry and only on skin then you can rub it off very easily.  The tricky part is if the Speed-Sew has dried in hair.  I know cutting the hair off is not an option so you would have to peel the Speed-Sew off gently in sections.  You can always Google the question too.
