Refunds and Returns 

If your Speed-Sew tube has been opened and you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email [email protected].

If you are not completely satisfied with your Speed-Sew purchase from Speed-Sew.com, you can return new, unopened Speed-Sews in their original packaging for a full refund to your original payment method if returned within 60 days of purchase. Please follow the process below to start your return.

*Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for purchasing their own shipping labels*

Please note that we only do refunds for orders made on Speed-sew.com. If you have made a purchase at one of our authorized retailers, such as Walmart, or Amazon, please keep in mind they operate independently and as such we don’t have access to their transaction details.
